Lentil & Butternut Bobotie 350g is a vegetarian take on the South African classic. This wholesome bobotie combines lentils and roasted butternut in a mildly spiced curry sauce, topped with a traditional savoury egg custard. Served with yellow rice and ready to heat from frozen.

Serve as a complete meal or enjoy with a fresh green salad or seasonal vegetables.

 

Heating Instructions


Heat from frozen in the Microwave, Airfryer or Oven. AIR FRYER: From
frozen. Remove sleeve & lid. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins. OVEN:
From frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove sleeve & lid. Bake for 30-40
mins. MICROWAVE: From frozen. Remove sleeve & lid. Heat for 7-9
mins. Stand for 5 mins before serving. IF THAWED: Reduce cooking time
accordingly. Ensure food is heated through before serving.
